has anyone here done carfentanil

other than the elephants in chat has anyone here even done carfentanil and if so what was it like because that shit is so powerful youl od if your off by a few micrograms
 
Yea we strated.seeing it last year in southern AZ. This is when I was super strung out on fent and my tolerance was absurd. I was blasting / dabbing 5 ir 6 blues/dirty 30s every hour all day and night or a couple grams of powder a day so a friend / plug who re ups from Mexico had some in powder form and only gave me a few points because he knew I could handle it but when people started peeling off that had been regulers, he stopped sending it out .
I smoked it on foil and just a small amount and it had me asleep within 15 min and im not usually even a nodder. If my tolerance had been lower I could probably have enjoyed it ....or died.. id say don't fuck with it unless youre already deep into fetty.. even then have someone on standby with several Narcans.. even they are not always successful... so yea. Maybe skip it. Addicts don't generally have much self control .
 
It's not a drug that is used knowingly, in general. Fentanyl is already so potent that it can't be visualized by the naked eye with any kind of accuracy. If someone can synthesize Carfentanil, they then have a product that is exponentially smaller and thus easier to smuggle. The end result is not meant to be a drug that is so powerful that it will kill people. It is mostly in the drug supply simply because it is smaller and easier to smuggle. The idea would be that the dope would be ultimately be the same strength proportionately for the end user.

Dude narcan is NOT knocking cartfetty off your receptors no matter how much naloxone you give.
 
Well the Google says it can but Im no doctor and doubt you are either. Thats why I said. " maybe skip it "

You would think that when viewed in isolation but in function the handling and transportation for chemical WMD’s is a logistical nightmare. The skills and discipline necessary when handling such concentrates to prevent contamination are usually outside the scope of most monkey see monkey do crime gangs. The production of Carfentanil (in high yield) has extra steps over that of Fentanyl, making it far harder to setup small clandestine labs near to US markets.

If Carfentanil was logistically possible safe to assume it would be more widely available, for the reasons you site.

correct, it has a half-life of 6hrs minimum and Narcan has a half-life of 30-40mins. Without catching the overdose quickly & a fast EMS response time, good chance someone's family will be changing diapers on a vegetable if the ER doctor doesn't call TOD.

Norcarfentanil has a half-life of 11-14 hours.
