My friend took two hits of pure MDMA Molly last weekend..keep in mind he hadn't rolled in over a year. As the morning came we left the party We were at and went home. He started telling me soon after he felt everyone had been staring at him and making fun of him.. I also felt as if certain people had been talking bad about me but i had been using cocaine and Ketamine, as well as the MDMA. Im aware that Ketamine and cocaine can cause paranoia, so it makes sense why i felt that way..But my friend only took Molly that night...Anyone else have similiar reactions from rolling?

I've never felt paranoia at the peak of an MDMA roll. However, I have experienced pretty severe paranoia after doing something like 400 mg over 48 hours. I also felt that people were talking shit about me behind my back. In retrospect, this seemed like a stupid hang up.

I've also heard reports from acquaintances about people experiencing paranoia during the come down.

So this kind of thing can happen. It typically happens when you do way too much MDMA or you're not the type that handles drugs very well.

It's not uncommon for people to feel paranoid when high on a range of substances - if your with people that you don't know too well or your in an unfamiliar setting then it can make matters worse.

I've never been paranoid when with friends but have been paranoid it other settings .

Yes! I have spent quite a few nights making friends with most of a nightclub, thinking we are gunna be best friends forever, only to be completely paranoid of what they are all saying /thinking about me a few hours later.

It really is a sign of doing too much imo as with reasonable doses I don't experience this at all!

only after doing way too much after gettting dropped off at home, when i was supposed to sleep at a friends house :/ slept the night in the streets and had so many hallucinations FUCK THAT

I've felt it too ... on pure mdma ... but I had definitely had too much at that point. I thought everything was about me. Why are these random people staring at me? (they weren't) Why do I think these people are talking about me? (they aren't)

It's a weird feeling. Your friend probably had a bit too much :p

It's been situational in my experiences. It prolly depends on many factors.
One time cops came to a party I was at and I ended up having to talk to them, rolling tough mind u, and I actually felt very comfortable and confident at that point.
Another time, I showed up to a party rolling super hard and my ex was there and I didnt want her to see me let alone lookin how I was and I got super paranoid and jus stayed in the truck the whole time.
So Idk if there's always jus one thing that you can point at, but if you do it right you're in an enviroment where you're not even thinking about that kind of stuff. A controlled place with people you are comfortable with and it'll be nothing bliss.

My drink was spiked once at the pub by my friend. I had no idea until he called me when I got home, asking me how I'm feeling, then explained to me that he spiked my drink with MDMA. Try holding a convo with your parents and family friends when you're rolling balls.

If there's anyone other than my absolute BEST friends around when I'm coming down, I get a kind of paranoid. Never during the roll. It's usually more of an "everyone's coming down, am I being annoying?" feeling rather than thinking everyone is out to get me kind of thing.

I was getting the "was I being annoying feeling" from the MDMA too, but I was also getting the "people are talking shit about me" feeling. This was probabaly more from the coke comedown.

I have once before, I was being paranoid thinking that cops were coming down my road when I was hosting a roll party once. Would part the blinds and stare at all the cars coming down the street to make sure they weren't pulling in.
