It seems every thread I read on BL says something like "I feel 100%, YOU DO GET BETTER TRUST ME" Then the person posts something like "Still recovering from anxiety but feel much better" several months later. I'm on month 8 of my comedown and I really need some closure. I can definitely feel myself getting better, but still have anxiety symptoms. It just seems like they're becoming more bearable, but not actually going away. I want to know whether somebody out there has actually gotten better (back to the way they were before the incident) because if not, I have some major tweaks I need to make to my lifestyle.
