are the trip reports posted on erowid pretty much how it is?
One thing I found misleading about the trip reports on erowid was a lot of them exaggerated the visuals, IMO.
I don't know, I may just be spoiled by T7 but the visuals I got didn't compare to some of the ones I read about, even when I took 90mg.
With that being said, I would still tell you to try it. I found it to be very fun.

if you had a choice between foxy (never tried before ether) or AMT which one would you choice?

To go somewhere with a lot of energy, loud music and dancing and such, I would rather have the AMT.
If I was going to stay in, or go to a small party where I could just hit on girls and most likely fuck one, give me the foxy.

I got some nice visuals but still have to try t7 so I can't compare them. I had some awesome visuals on AMT though. But the body high is what is the greatest thing about it. I also get very tired while on it but that could just be me.

I've taken this drug.. I still don't know to this day how much i took but i guess it was alot.....a fat coke line is about how i can measure it... I also was taking adderall the day before and a little the day off.. Lets just say i was sent into orbit.... Crazy visuals, but so fucked up i couldn't talk.. i could say what was going on i could just sit there and wonder what the fuck.. I couldn't comprehend anything that was going on.... it wasn't coool....I'm going to say at most i took was 100mg's but prob less...I think the adderall boosted it, but way too much. Not a fun time at all...

I'd certainly agree with erowid trip reports either being over exaggerated or written by people who happen to be very sensitive.
I've done it several times now and find the visuals only start getting good over 100mg and all my friends (7 of them have also tried it) find the same. We all did 100mg followed by an extra 50mg 2 hours into it last weekend. That was the most visual trip of my life, I'd never seen anything close to that.
Xbeenfeen, im sure you must of done alot more than 100mg to get that effect. Even when my friends and I did 150mg, while the visuals were mental and we could barely see, we could still hold a reasonable conversation until we'd forget what we were talking about (which happens alot). Also, 100mg would'nt really be a very fat coke line IMO, i'd say a fat line would be more like 200mg which would give an explanation to the extreme effects you had.

My best experience with AMT, a dose of about 40mg, was pretty outstanding. I did take half a pill of E with it, which maybe affected the trip somewhat. Other times were not as good, but still a good time, possibly because of inaccurate measurement or, as I was told, it was from a less quality supplier.
AMT visuals seem somewhat unique. They are unlike 7 visuals and most def different from cid visuals. They are almost strictly light sensitive visuals. Colors appear brighter and sharper, and you'll see a soft halo around every light you look at. You don't see shapes change or anything like that. And if you're somewhere with a lot of lights to look at (i.e. a rave) you won't be able to stop looking all around in every different direction, and you won't really know why you're doing it.
I also find it gives me a lot of energy, especially early on. And the mindset is good, not too much mindfuck and more social than other tryptamines or hallucinogens. The problem is the 3 hour wait for it to hit and the fact that it lasts about 18 hours. If it weren't for that, It'd be one of my favorite drugs.

the amount i took fit into a small neurontin capsule.I don't see how 200mg's could fit in there...I don't know.. I think i was so screwed up from the combo
