Anyone have advice or anything for people who have small veins?

I mean I don't want to be injecting unsafely. Though the most safeway is obviously no IVing. But anyway I notice big veins in my legs and wrist/hands. But my arms I literally have no good veins not from IVing illegal drugs but from the fact I been malnurished mostly all my life and I usually get a lot of IV anti biotics for my CF.

Really though idk really is IVing dilaudid really less safe then abusing and messing around with 100MCG fent gel patches?

I hate the love-hate problems with drugs.

Use GTN spray you can get otc at the chemists to dilate your veins. I mean, spray it over the vein, it will dilate a bit and give it a go.

Exercise regularly? Getting outside and running and/or lifting regularly will contribute to overall vascular health and would likely promote increased vasculature through repetitive increased vasodilation and lipolysis close to the skin's surface. Whatever the mechanism, I noticed wierdly massive changes in arm vein density and thickness following a few months of regular cardio. Also, I'm not aware of any healthy member of the human race having undersized veins - female? Overweight? Cold climate?

And not that it's any of my business, but how do you know you were malnourished? Parental negligence? Nutrient deficiencies? And why would you be taking IV antibiotics for chronic fatigue? Epstein-Barr nucleosis? Or some alternative therapy?

Oh, and IIRC, increasing body temperature has a mild dilatory action on blood vessels.

This has been covered many times before. In fact, look up MY posts from the last 6 weeks and you ll find i essentially asked the same question and found some good answers.

Bottom line, feet bad, hands ok if you really can't find any veins if your arms.
