Harm reduction foods to eat while rollin'

Anyone who's ever had mdma knows that it's one of those appetite suppressants that makes eating about as appealing as trying to sleep on a roller coaster.

But for general harm-reduction reasons, I'd like to know what foods and techniques the experts use to get around the molly fullness. For me, I managed to down half a corndog before it seemed like I was eating sand.

I also find that bananas and protein shakes are edible while rolling and manage to fufill nutritious needs.

Pros of Rolling with food in your belly: Less fatigue upon coming down. You will feel more inclined to be a delightful person even off molly. Rather than being a ghost of a person and being a shallow asshole who needs drugs to socialize.

Cons: Theoretically people say that molly is greater potentiated without food. Also, depending on pureness, synthesis perfection and doesage; nausea can result in vomiting.
 
I don't think many people eat while rolling. I can, but not too many people would claim they eat while rolling. The two don't mix. Not sure what you want anybody to say besides eat a meal before rolling to have something in your stomach. Chances are you won't be eating for a while after that meal before the MDMA.
 
Why don't you just eat afterwards I wonder? With speed this is good advice. You are going for ages, and a protein shake really goes in well. But mdma in the end lasts about 4 hours; That's not really that big of a deal?
 
From my experience, eating a small snack 200-400 calories during the later part of a roll helps the comedown. I always respect those individuals who can stay talkative and normal while coming down :). That takes will-power.

Also for people redosing several times a day, it's a good idea to learn to eat something.

Don't you guys ever experience a very mild sensation of fatigue while rolling? I recognize this feeling as hunger and post-roll it suddenly manifests itself as a very moody, craving, painful experience until I get food in my belly.
 
High kcals foods i've never tried MDMA, but i do 5-APB sometimes the day after i really try to mask some kcals and get as many as possible. Like:

Protein shakes - with sunflower oil (You can't taste it, and you can easily mask 400-500kcal)
Oatmeal shakes - Some can contain 800-1000kcals

In generel, liquid foods is what you need, during the evening you should be able to get someone else down.

Ive always cringed at big festivals where everyones rollin balls and I see a greasy Nacho stand, Corn Dog tent, or Cheeseburger palace. I know every bodys got to eat and some people aint rollin but that shit looks disgusting to me when Im high on some good beans.

Like if your gonna eat it aint so bad, but try eatin a good apple or bananna for even. I imagine fruit, jello, gummy bears, candy...all are even moar than awesome. I would know.

But harm reduction food while rollin? ROFL

By the time your body processes the food into sumthin useful you would be long but done rollin.

Best bet: eat a healthy meal BEFORE and give your body several hours to digest before poppin mad beans. Then afterwards maybe even eat a high protien meal the next day.
 
Mastersplinter. No offence, but eating a little meal such as a proteinbar or something while on MDMA is a pretty good idea.

Whatever you say. Eating throughout the whole process would be the best bet. Food, especially simply carbs, gets metabolized extremely fast despite popular theory. A banana could save your night from ending with a terrible crash.
 
i find it next to impossible to eat when on e, but sometimes i used to take them with a meal like it says on some medication bottles lol. a good heavy meal like pasta is a good choice. obviously u wont come up as quick but the pill always seemed to burn longer any time i did it and not as empty feelin on the comedown

Is there any proof that eating on E lessens the effect of the comedown? I've just never heard of that one before. I've heard that eating beforehand makes any nausea more bearable on the come up, but nothing about the comedown...

Either if it does, or it doesn't. I am sure it wouldn't hurt either way.

I think it's always entertaining to drink a shake or frosty of some sort while on teh mdma

Yeah I actually find that sipping on something sugary will help the duration of the roll.

The whole point of eating is to have less of a comedown. "Mentally" coming down isn't the only element in slowing your roll. If I can have a decent amount of food in my stomach post-roll, then it helps with the anxiety, fatigue, and dysphoria accumulated.

Is there any proof that eating during your roll will immediately help stimulate and repair the 5-ht transmitters? Probably not.

As for your statement saying there is no such thing as "harm reduction foods"... I guess I can't get through to everyone.

Honestly I don't think there is any link between eating food and having less of a comedown. I think its all in your head. People on this site tell others NOT to eat before rolling because it puts a damper on the effect. If what you claim was true, the moderators would most likely be telling people TO eat and to stop telling others not to.

Think about it, every time somebody recommends something unsafe for others, a moderator steps in and tells them not to do that, or to do something else. I've never heard this before and there doesn't seem to be any evidence of it.
 
Smoothies?

Smoothies tend to go pretty well before, after and during rolling. Too bad that their not really common in Ukraine.
