I have to confess, I haven't had as much time to spend here since I got the promotion to senior mod.

Ironically, the time I used to spend here welcoming new members, I'm now checking out Reported Posts and potentially banning people. =D

I had a witty welcoming remark full of sexual innuendo, but after a few moments thought I realized it was pretty lame :\

So, instead, here I am, plain and simple (more simple than plain). It is my sincere pleasure to get to work with felix and the NMI regulars for one of our most important forums. One of the biggest factors that makes BL what it is, is the sense of community amongst the members, something that gets started right here by all you warm, loving, and plurified members of the welcome wagon. By no means do I plan to change anything, but simply make an effort to be more present myself in helping offer a handjob handshake to all the new members and look for ways I can help everyone make their time at BL both rewarding and educational.

Now that I'm done with the PR speech, I'll get back to lurking and making snarky remarks about felix behind his back while the rest of you carry his workload in this forum :D Actually, you all DO deserve a solid pat on the back - this site is what the members make of it, and as such your efforts here are one of the best things we can do for new people - make a good first impression, encourage and educate, but most of all make the person feel welcome. You guys rock <3
