Hard time urinating and involuntary ejaculation on Adderall?

I noticed the past couple of days I have been taking adderall and sometimes its hard to urinate, also the other day I was urinating and after I was done I got a weird feeling like I was urinating but it was an involuntary ejaculation. Feel weird asking that but is that all just a side effect? Also its just 30mg IR 3 times a day I am on

That's a high dose. Were you prescribed that? Sounds like a side-effect but I'm not sure.

Yeah the ejaculation part sounds like a side effect. I know when im on coke I can experience something similar but its not involuntary like you said. Also 30mg 3 times a day shouldnt have the word "just" in front of it.

pretty high dose... those side effects sound bothersome. vyvanse has less side effects and is better than dosing three IR pills in one day. maybe look into it if your side effects are too annoying to deal with.

SWIM has also experienced some of these symptoms while taking a 2 20mg Adderall XR generic and a couple 10 mg IR Adderall. She would have to urinate frequently but that was due to all the water need for hydration, but it turned out that she would get extremely wet for no reason, or even end up cumming. For example, just sitting on a guys lap caused her to become wet or maybe even cum (not completely sure because she didnt feel anything sexual) to the point where her pants became damp .. I guess this must me a side effect.

can't help you with the ejaculation part but it's possible you're having a hard time urinating because you don't realize how tense your muscles are and you can't relax. it's also possible you just haven't been able to recognize when you need to go bc you've been too 'focused' on other things, which in turn makes it more difficult (and a bit of an emergency lol) when you do finally get to the bathroom.....as others have said, 90 IR a day is a pretty high dose. if you were prescribed that i'd get a 2nd opinion (and obviously tell your dr about what you posted here) because jumping to 90mg a day for an extended period of time will most likely lead to some seriously unpleasant side effects

Could it trigger semen production and transition? In that case the presence of semen in the urethra may be blocking normal urine flow like it happens during intercourse.
