I've discovered what causes my and my girl's dizziness and other negative effects. Twitching and brain zaps possibly as well. Rolled balls Thursday night, started in the evening on the beach and finished at like 4 AM. When we woke up she was worse than me. We did about 3 green squirrels each, stupid fucking idea, that is more than a half a gram each. My mid section looked like and hourglass even though I drank a lot of liquids during the night and chugged water in the morning. Our thirst was unquenchable, but she didn't want to leave the bed. I went and got some poweraid as dehydration was obvious. Two each and we both snapped out of it. Clearly a lack of potassium to help the nerves send signals. Even though we weren't sweaty, our clothes smelled like BO, we had an electrolyte imbalance.
Just a word of advice, get some sports drink, bananas will not cut it to quickly restore your electrolytes. We avoided a week of dizziness and nasty hang-over. We normally don't drink that crap but if you are really devoid of electrolytes like potassium it can restore them fast. Potassium deficiency is especially deadly and is probably that cause of most of the "over doses" of people at raves. Water will not restore it and food isn't very fast at it.
