I'll make this a brief introduction.

I've been my own personal test subject. Hopefully all the testing will allow me to spread some of my knowledge from previous experiences.

I am going to mention that in order for you to better understand chemicals which is largely what alters a change in the brain I suggest taking a chemistry course and maybe a psych course, or just use Google search lol.
