Hmm...I've never watched trans porn before. It's never been a particular turn on for me (although you could argue how could I know that if I've never actually tried watching it when horny) but I would totally be up for dating/having sex with a trans person, whether MTF or FTM.
I've never personally know a trans person (that I am aware of) but the way they are treated by society as a whole seems even worse than how gay people are sometimes treat. I do think in recent years things ARE improving significantly for LGBT+ people, at least in most Western countries. We still have a long way to go, though.
