Also let's think positively here 45 isn't old. 45 is wisdom. I never feel bad about age as I always think of those who have died n never had the chance to be a particular age. Who cares about winkles, not having as much energy, hair or whatever. With ages comes wisdom n with wisdom comes knowledge n the gift of life that so many people have tragetically lost n will never regain. Knowledge is power.
