Cocaine Hands tingling from cocaine use

I've used cocaine for the past 3 days. Only used about 1.5 grams altogether. Tonight (the third night) I've got some high quality stuff, and I've done only 0.2g. I've noticed some tingling in my hands, I know this isn't a good thing, but how serious is it? No blueness. It's caused some minor anxiety which is unfortunate as I was really enjoying it before lol. Would taking a benzo be a good idea?

it probably is just some vasoconstriction, and I don't know if a benzo would help with that.. you probably came down already anyway

its all in your head.

My mate was a one in a blue moon user and died at 23. I know 60 year olds who have been using from 20 at least. Its all genetics!
