Hand numb after IM injection.

So about a week ago I was IM injecting test, I never inject any other drugs. I injected into my triceps and checked to make sure I did not hit a vein but when injecting I pushed the needle in a bit farther and might of hit one but I did not see any blood. Its been about a week and I am getting pins and needles in my pinky on a regular basis. Should I see a doctor is this very dangerous? Should I just wait for it to pass?

The best advice is always going to be to see a doctor. Nobody here, or nobody I know.. Is a medical professional with the qualifications to diagnose anybody via the internet.

If you're at all concerned the only thing to do is see a doc.. sure you could wait and see if it gets better but.. you mine as well just go.

Yes, you could have possibly hit a nerve or something, I would see a doctor. They might just tell you to wait and see if it gets better, but I think it's best to go now just in case there's anything they can do.
