Hey!! I've been hooked on Halo since day one, What do ya'l think of Halo ODST and Halo Reach?
Halo ODST is supposed to be released on 9/22/2009
and Halo Reach is gonna be released sometime in 2010.

They look pretty sweet..

Halo Wars was alright... I still <3 FPS Halos!!!

So ya'l gonna reserve a copy?
 
I loved back in the day getting a bunch of friends together and doing a Xbox system link for Halo 1. Its a great game and everything but the halo community just is terrible. To many kids playing and overall shit talkers. I really liked halo wars and I am definitely going to rent ODST. ODST gets rid of shields and everything so the game becomes more of a tactical shooter and not just running and gunning.

yah ODST looked good from what i saw in the teaser, reach on the other hand showed basically nothing in the teaser.
 
I love Halo but for the past year and a half ive had a PS3, so recently its COD again. Halo franchise wise would have to be top 5 for its innovation of the FPS platform, so Im not a Master Cheif hater ;).
 
I still play the original Halo on PC. Mostly on the servers Teams Warzone 24/7 and Lack's Rockets.

I've tried playing number two on the Xbox, but I suck without a mouse. I can't even handle the packs of grunts. :(

So, I hope they release Halo 3 for the PC, so I can play it.

But yeah, I'm a fan. I've played other shooting games like Counter Strike and Battlefield 2, but I always come back to Halo, because it's the most fun for me.

BTW is there a way to get the older maps in Halo 3? It wouldn't feel right without Prisoner, Rat Race and Chiron. Those are so fun.

That is exactly why I stopped playing except occasionally.
 
I have been a halo head since CE. Still play 3 every now and then and have been having a lot of fun with it lately. If you don't play because of kids and shit talkers I hope you know you can easily mute people. Right in the pregame lobby as soon as someone gets annoying I mute their ass. Playing lone wolves is fun too because you don't have to rely on others. Idk I love it just because of how you move and the weapons. I play COD a lot too but I think halo is a lot more relaxed because you can play to your strengths easier. In COD and RSV you have to be tactical or you're dead where as in halo if you are legit you can take on 3 dudes and still win.

ODST looks promising. My only question is about movement of your character. If you aren't a spartan how much is speed and jumping gonna be affected?

Reach is a mystery to me. I have yet to see any gameplay footage. The whole planet thing they keep showing kinda makes me think it might just be another halo wars which I don't like.

yea its a mystery until ODST come out because when you buy that you get an invitation to a beta version of multiplayer of reach
