Never done any hallucinogens besides dxm and i didnt even get any visuals. Although, I wish i had, because for the past week or so i have been randomly hallucinating. Maybe like once or twice a day. Nothing vivid, but i will hear whispers or see something out of the corner of my eyes. Ill give a few examples. (Before you say anything about meds, im not on any)
I was on my way across the street, all exited to be toking it up in the woods. And I hear a truck engine (if that makes sense) and see a truck out of the corner of my eye, and its coming straight at me. Of course, this freaks me the fuck out, but when i look, its gone. That was the first time it happened to me, so i thought it was a truck from far away and maybe a cat or something in my peripheral vision.
Happened a few times since then, still wasnt sure what to make of it. Getting ready for bed, i put my wallet in phone in my drawer and start to change. All of the sudden (remember im a good 2, 3 feet away from it) I hear a slam come from that drawer. Everybody else was asleep, even so, my drawer is up against isnt by a shared wall.
This one happened yesterday and it has to be the most vivid one yet. I just get into math and we have a substitute. I sit down and she is humming. Now, if it was any ordinary hum, whatever. But It was EXACTLY the same hum from this video (David firthe makes creepy videos). That would be creepy by itself, but then in the cockroaches voice (sounds like a whisper) I hear "She's a witch". I know its not normal to have hallucinations like this, but to have hallucinations from a youtube video?
This is not normal, I am fucking sick of this and I cant take it. Im scared for whats to come, it seems they are getting stronger and stronger. A quick google search came up with these possibilities on why I might be hallucinating.
Causes of hallucinations:
1.) Extreme stress- possibly
2.) Mental illness- hopefully not
3.) Brain damage or disease- Can you see why I'm so paranoid about this?
4.) Intoxication- Nope
6.) Delirium- This is a symptom, so im confused on this one.
7.) Not enough sleep- I get like 6-7 hours a night, I dont think thats enough to hallucinate.
Thank you.
