Anyone know the halflife of valium compaired to xanax? Basically which hangs you over the worst? Thanks for any help.

valium has a much longer half-life...I've seen sources that say 40hrs and some that say over 70hrs
xanax is between 8-12hrs
 
Thing with valium is it has an active metabolite, which has an active metabolite, so it's hangin around in there for a looooong time. I kind like it
