Had my first Psychedelic "trip"

^ As Termino said, it's LSD not LCD. LCD is a type of computer and TV screen, LSD is Lysergic Acid Diethylamide, the psychedelic drug :)

DXM is actually a dissociative not a psychedelic, and although the experiences are equally profound, dissociatives (e.g. DXM, Ketamine, PCP, Methoxetamine, 3-MeO-PCP etc) and Psychedelics (e.g. LSA, LSD, Mushrooms, Peyote, DMT) are very different. :D

Check through the Beginners FAQ - there's a lot of helpful stuff in there to help you decide what to take, what dose, and how to make your first psychedelic experience all the better. :)

This thread may or may not be merged with the Big & Dandy DXM Thread or First Time DXM thread, but, being new you can reply first :)

lol, its no alchemical magic that turns a 'flower into a trip tool' lol

you eat the seeds and they contain psychedelic alkaloids :D

weed is kind of in the middle between an 'effect drug' and a psychedelic in my opinion. it kind of varies what you're doing what happens when you smoke, so its sort of mind-dependent. but also take note, as you begin your psychedelic voyages, that weed greatly changes its qualities. or better said, your awareness of what a 'weed high' is will drastically change...it will likely become very trippy now that you've 'seen the other side' lol.

^ This.

The other day I had an awesome experience walking to my girlfriends from a mates house, Come With Us by The Chemical Brothers on the headphones, stoned as just tapping into 'the other side'

I swear to god trees have some sort of ineffable conciousness. It's hard to describe but ever since using LSD I can feel the trees, or something. Like I can tap into an energy that's always been there eminating from them but now I know of it's existence.
I can see their complex beauty in design that I never EVER noticed before using psychs, and weed can take me right back here. Good times.

Weird post for Christmas but there you have it :P

Trees are living things. I think many of us that have had meaningful high dose experiences probably have an appreciation for cosmic consciousness or whatever you want to call it - every living thing (and maybe even artifical life elsewhere) is connected, beyond the fact that we all descend from the same source of matter. Hard to explain in words, but if you've felt it you know what I'm talking about.
