I very rarely do meth so I'm not used to it & only do oxy probably once every 2 months. But tonight I went all out & had 120mg oxy & a point of some good crystal. I had the oxy earlier & got a fairly mild high. Probably because I use Codeine fairly often. Had the meth about midnight. It's 5:00am now. Ive drank plenty of water. no alcohol. & have drank electrolyte drinks along with vitamins & plenty of water. Haven't really been hungry. just had a few cups of tea & some soup. Might have an apple now. I'm feeling good but the jaw clenching it getting a bit annoying. I thought I once read that Magnesium get can help this problem. Ive got gum which is helping too. If it can I'll get some.
Is it available in the super market or do I have to get it from a pharmacy?

Is there anything I can do to help with the jaw clenching I can take tomorrow?
Or for next time if I ever do it again. Like meth isn't something Ive made a habit of.

btw I think I might be getting some valium tomorrow. Well later on today I mean, so that should help. I only really do valium & codeine cwe fairly often but im trying to quit the codeine. & yeah I have some seroquel too but I don't wanna take it in case it brings on a come down. I was also given some 8mg subutex pills.
Should I take the seroquel tonight or stay awake all tonight & have it early tomorrow night?
How long should I wait to try out the subutex cuz I had the oxy tonight at about 10:30. I have little experience with subs & don't know if they will help.
In other words I'm not really addicted to any hard opiates & wondering if they can give participated from just a single dose of oxy?

thanks guys

I did a quick google search and found this, courtesy of erowid:

Trisma & bruxia (jaw clamping and teeth grindings) are common side effects of many stimulants and psychedelic drugs as well as side effects of non-drug-related stress. Users of MDMA, LSD, 2CB, ephedrine, caffeine, amphetamines, and many other chemicals report uncomfortable levels of jaw tension. The following is a list of remedies that some people find effective. The dangers of trisma and bruxia are wearing down, cracking, and breaking teeth, which has been documented in heavy users of MDMA.

Drink Water
Many people report that drinking water, making sure that the body is adequately hydrated, can help reduce jaw tension.

Tongue-pressing
A technique recommended by some dentists for patients with chronic jaw clamping problems is to press the tongue against the inside of the front, upper teeth and then drop the lower jaw slightly.

Chew Toy
Having something soft but resilient to hold between the teeth to keep them from grinding. Dentists prescribe "night guards" which are similar to sports plastic mouth guards. These are extremely effective at stopping tooth wear from heavy jaw tension, but somewhat awkward for parties. ChewToys can be as simple as a piece of thick leather on a string, a pacifier, or the edge of a thick piece of clothing. Pencils, pens, and many other items are not ideal because they can splinter or leave residue in the mouth.

Chewing Gum or Hard Candy
Using gum as a way to keep the jaw moving and loose and keeping the teeth from grinding is a long standing and functional technique. Similarly, some people find that sucking on a piece of hard candy helps reduce teeth grinding.

Massage
Massaging the point where the cheek muscles attach to the jaw just in front of the ear can help relieve accumulated tension.

Clenching
Some dentists recommend clenching the back teeth very firmly 3 times for 10 seconds each time and then opening the mouth wide to stretch. Focus on relaxing for 30 seconds after clenching as a way to reduce chronic jaw tension. If this doesn't work, do not repeat as its likely to make the problem worse if you repeat too often.

Reduced Dosage
Many side effects from stimulants become worse with increased dosage, lower dosages or refraining from use of stimulants can reduce jaw tension.

Essential Oils
Some users report that putting certain essential oils (Lavendar Oil) dabbed on their jaw creates a scent which relaxes their muscles.

Regular Stretching
Regular stretching of the face and jaw muscles can help keep them from locking up and becoming uncomfortable, this should be done before, during, and after any stimulant use.

Vitamins
There has been discussion around the possibility that Calicium and Magnesium supplements can help promote ion channel flow in muscles. Some users report significant reduction in muscle tension and jaw clenching when these supplements are taken in combination with MDMA, 2C-T-7 and methamphetamine.

Get hold of some magnesium supplements, they can help.

ro0ga pretty much covered it =D

well im feeling like I need to get some sleep now guys so Ive taken a little bit more than my usual dose of Seroquel. So i should be OK. Seroquels actually been working well for me so far. I changed from Zyprexa a week ago. Its good for when ya need to get some sleep. & if ya sleeping ok ya can just have a very small dose like 25mg.

anyways i'll get some magnesium tomorrow if im still having trouble.
does anyone have any info on the subutex. I should be OK though tomorrow if I get the valium as planned. So I should be fine but just in case.

Chelated magnesium (400-600mg) and Potassium (600-700mg) always helped a lot for me during LSD trips, but they're no magic cure. I would still get tight trapezius muscles, lower back tension, and jaw clenching.

LSD is very stimulating due to the massive NE and Dopamine release that comes with it, so I think it can be compared to Meth in terms of muscle tension.

chew gum, or dont chew on your tongue but simply rest it between your teeth.. you may have to catch yourself and do it a couple times but is usually makes you quit doin it

dont chew on your tongue but simply rest it between your teeth

The people I know who've done that notice a chewed up and battered tongue the next morning. Plus this is so annoying, I want to enjoy my high, not constantly get annoyed at myself for biting my tongue.

I find putting my tongue between my teeth helps a lot with jaw clenching and teeth grinding. I just lightly "chew" on my tongue. If I go too hard it hurts, so that's a fine impetus to reign in clenching/grinding.

well it's now 11:10. 10 hrs since i had the stuff & i still havnt slept even after 300mg of Seroquel.\
anyways I thought fuck it & had 16mg of bupe & its worked really well. im not feeling great. but im feeling better.

im wondering if it would be a waste to have another one. does it sort of have a ceiling dose?
I also only have 8 but I can ask for more cuz i quite like them and & wonering if anyone knows how long I can take them without getting a nasty w/d?

like i said im using them recreational but i am actually quitting codeine for a while cuz I got a liver function test & the enzymes were only slightly off & im blamming it on the soluble APAP. Maybe some has to to with the codeine but I was sometimes doing cwe on 80 pills each with 500mg APAP & 10mg Codeine.

EDIT: found this in wikipedia
buprenorphine has a ceiling effect at 32 mg

but it doesnt say if that last 8mg would be as strong as the first 8mg if u know what i mean

EDIT AGAIN: So had 16mg & felt alot more relaxed. I didnt get participated w.d either. im not chewing as much no. Im just alot more settles. But the thing is ive got another 16mg in my mouth atm.
im not falling asleep or anything & im certainly not wasted. i can easily handle this dose but Ive heard on this site that 32mg is a very high dose. I dont understand. I only really have a tolerance to codeine cuz i only use oxy every couple of months but I can sometimes take 120mg which is a far bit so I dont know why Im not content with 8mg or even 16mg

im getting some benzos later on too either tamzepam or valium. I usually take 100mg od valium or 200mg temazepam approx. should I take a lower dose with this bupe Ive had?
(benzos I barely feel. Ive mixed them with oxy before & even with alcohol which was stupid I know but I didint pass out or anything).

Bupe is complicated. The next 8 after 16 most definitely will not provide a linear increase in effects. Also suboxone is one of the most difficult drugs out there to withdraw from, so I would tread lightly if I were you.

^^yeah them seem like they could be addictive. I can tell just from the taste of it. even though its extremely unpleasant :(
why dont they make it flavored like though do with nicotine gum.

but yeah u already suffer from GAD/depression so I dont handle meth comedowns all that well if u know what i mean so i'll pretty much take any downers available without consideration of addiction to it. That's why I rarely do meth. Actually pretty must every time I do it I think to myself that I dont really feel the need to do it again because the money, the next day & judgement from other ppl. Today is nothing new. When I was younger it really scared me. I got all paranoid & all that & didnt think id go back to normal but Ive learnt that eventually ya brain chemistry goes back to the way it was. well atleast i like to think it does anyway :)

Chew very softly on your tongue. don't even really bite down or actually chew, just rest your teeth and let them sink into your tongue surface like a pillow. This makes my jaw feel better for a bit and helps me to keep from clenching a lot. I don't know
why it helps but it works for me. Also just try to be conscious of it and relax your jaw and try to keep it that way when you
catch yourself clenching or grinding
