I took 20mg of oxy neo then took another 20mg 6 hours later. I feel anxious maybe cause i had a coffee with it. Is it OK?? To take .05 mg of xanax to calm down? or will that cause to much respiratory depression? I need to know this now!!!!

No, it's not okay to be honest. Not at all.

Just for laughs though:

What's your benzodiazepine tolerance like?

How long has it been since your last opioid?

havent taken an opioid in a while months so no tolerance. Benzo tolerance is high. I can take 5mg of xanax and not fall asleep, uhhh for xanax i would say my tolerance is pretty high. Not high for opioid's though. Should i try to try and beat the panic? Will the 0.5 really hurt? what about 0.25mg? half A .5mg?

You haven't told me when your last dose of oxycodone was, in either case, oxyneo's are sustained release with a 12 hour duration of action.

Wait that long until you take the alprazolam, otherwise you run the risk of a fatal overdose. There's no two ways about it.

last dose was just an hour ago, that's the problem cause i am already feeling anxiety and i know with oxyneo the concentration of the chemical in your plasma peaks at 4-6 hours. I didn't know half .5mg would casue a fatal overdose. (0.25mg)

There's really no way to predict which exact benzodiazepine dose will be the one to cause a fatal overdose. Both are depressants, and both are highly unpredictable in combination. Look at this way, even for people who aren't opioid or benzodiazepine naive, practicing the mix has caused fatal overdoses.

I honestly couldn't in my right mind tell you to go through with this, because the oxycodone dosage you've taken is moderate (could actually qualify as high) for someone with no opioid tolerance.

^Chromo's right. You haven't come close to peaking on your last dose, and the one before hasn't been totally absorbed.

For an opiate naive individual, mixing any two depressants is going to be a one way street. Best not to be traveling down and realize you want to turn around!

A good rule of thumb is if you don't have substantial amount of experience with multiple substances, then you shouldn't combine said substances.
