NO... but it is possible. Especially if you were on a long acting opioid like methadone.

You?re supposed to wait until you are in full withdrawal. Just rough it out until you are withdrawaling because the alternative could feel much worse.

i think it all depends on your habit....you cant take a sub 24 hours after you been slamming H for 10 years
