Glad you're really familiar with the best valium dosing for you. Two quick additional points to consider when combining:
1- Benzos and dope have a combined effect on respirations/the CNS that are a different than the effects of either one individually
2- Benzos have a really long half life, so include what was taken the eve before into dosing calculations

If it works for you, a decent safety measure is to take the unknown dose drug (dope) first and then add on the known dose drug (benzos) after you get a feel for the purity and desired effect of the first.

^^ no it wasnt Im. its was something refering to as skin popping or something like that where u put the needle just under the skin & get its in blook but no a vein

The word you are looking for is "subcutaneous."

OP, in my opinion your best bet is to avoid injection altogether especially with a low opiate tolerance. Oral is considered "wasteful" by those more well-versed in heroin, but for someone with minimal opiate tolerance it is probably the safest way to go about doing it, IMO.

I also wouldn't mix in any other drugs until you've gotten a feel for the opiates.
