H Cuts

I've recently been getting this dope, that when i shoot it, i get a really intense burning sensation in my face, palms and the rest of my body. its my face and palms that get it the worst tho. Now i know that morphine has a pins and needles kinda rush to it, and i have totally shot my share of morphine over the years. ive had dope that will give a little bit of pins and needles feeling, but not like the sensation i have been experiencing lately.

Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this? The dope i get is from my usual connec, looks the same ect ect, but this burning sensation almost is overwhelming and painful...(in a good way tho haha) It happens when the rush is coming on and slowly subsides after about 1-2 minutes.

I was thinking it might be lidocaine or some kind of local anesthetic, cause it makes my lips feel numb. Thanks :)
 
I can tell you that you aren't the only person this has happened to recently, for the first time. I am thinking it's from the same batch of heroin going through Baltimore.

From your description, it almost sounds like an Epsom Salt cut...:\
 
In Chicago H is commonly referred to as "Blows" meaning bags of powder heroin... I don't know if it's universal there--but that is what most ppl in Chi-Town mean when they say blows.

That being said, man... please seek some help, Dope isn't what you wanna do, bro. Try and keep your head up and there are LOTS of resources in the Chicago-land area for you to find that help.

Since returning to heroin use, I have only insufflated. When you insufflate lidocaine you feel it almost immediately as a numbing of your nasal passages and teeth. It is not something I care to associate or anticipate with heroin use.
 
Sorry to bump an old thread...

The most recent batch of dope I got, I think may be adulterated with cocaine or lidocaine. When I first did it, I experienced coke like effects - inreased heart rate, numbing, etc. I insufflate the dope and had the distinct feeling like I'd just snorted some coke. However, the increased heart rate could've just been anxiety over thinking I just snorted coke... plus I was at work so I didn't wanna feel like a weirdo.

Today when I tried again, I didn't really get the coke-like symptoms so much. However, the dope tastes kinda weird, not like anything I've had before. Also, I rubbed some on my gums and tongue and experienced a bit of local anesthesia... or it was just my imagination...

It makes me mad to think of people cutting dope with coke and I know it has been done in this area (Baltimore) ... Personally, I don't want any fuckin coke in my heroin.. I hate coke.
