2 grand for the surgery itself and an additional 300 or so dollars for the anesthesia, painkillers, and pre-surgery blood work.

it's going to be done in the doc's office!! (should this be a red flag?)

now all this i don't really mind, i've got the savings for it, but really? 2 MONTHS WITHOUT LIFTING??? this is ridiculous!!

what the hell is wrong with this doctor???

I have heard of gyno removal being done in office. It's not a major surgery. They are basically just making an incision in the first few layers of flesh in the chest and removing the developed breast tissue. It's a simple procedure.

Usually gyno surgery, no matter where you go, is going to be pricey. They know how you got gyno and they know how badly you want it gone.

Two months without lifting is the minimum bro. It takes time for the tissue to heal and to to heal correctly. You might be able to do leg exercises during those two months but anything above your adonis belt is off limits. Fuck up the surgery healing and you will end up with lopsided nipples, scaring, and infection.

cut your doc some slack and give some respect - going forward good luck healing and doing proper due diligence to avoid any future gyno experiences

for the record it wasn't AAS induced... but either way i fear it'll get worse once i get on a more serious cycle. going to go get blood work done tomorrow, and surgery should be anywhere from this coming week to the next...

post surgery problems

it's done, i'm in a bunch of pain because they couldn't remove the IV and epidural until tomorrow just in case something happens and they'd have to operate again.

i feel like complete shit... i feel like batman after bane broke his back (not much of a spoiler, hardy posted a pic teasing the scene prior to the release).

i just pinned ghrp 2 and cjc 1295. i'm hoping to get an all clear from the doc in 2 weeks if i juice the peptides like no tomorrow i might even invest in igf lr3 just to get the healing process sped up...

well i've got the hunger pangs, going to go get some protein and a burger.

Sounds like an awesome way to end up in another doctor's office. More is not better. If he told you to stay off lifting for 2 months, then you better stay off lifting for 2 months. No amount of peptides will help.

actually he said in a month in can do light exercises but no powerlifts. i'm a liftaholic really, i get depressed and anxious if i don't lift... i need to speed it up even if its just by using peptides....

What are your lifts now? Is it really going to matter if you can't lift for a month?

Don't expect peptides to speed up anything. IGF for a torn labrum or something is one thing. Gyno surgery is another. If you fuck this up you will be out of the gym for a lot longer than a month.

Megadose some vitamin C and fish oil to reduce the inflammation. This is not a recovery where you can just inject a bunch of random shit and expect to cured. Stay on the peptides if you want but if you think "juicing like no tomorrow" will help anything, you're in for a rude awakening.

bench only 335 :[
karwoski squat barely 315x4, never maxed out because i'm afraid my knee will buckle again
regular squat 415
deadlift 495

i'm relatively weak, but considering i've only been lifting seriously (stopped lifting seriously after high school football for 2 years) for about a year and a half, i'd say that's pretty good

seriously? no one knows if there's any benefit to growth factors to heal the incisions and internal scarring?

Yeah, you don't have much to worry about. Take a hiatus for a month and then start doing some light accessory work. Face pulls, core/spinal erector strengthening, grip and rotator cuff work, etc. If you're really going to lose as much as you say you are, then the problem lies within your diet. You are not eating enough food.

In the way you plan to use them, no.

You should take a break from everything for those two months. Rest. During that time, stock up on peptides, gear, and plan out your next cycle.

If you are afraid of losing size, eat like a fucking beast. You might put on a few pounds of fat but by the time you heal summer will be over anyways so it won't matter. You can spend Fall and Winter bulking up and then start cutting come Spring.

i suppose i'll just finish the little doses of peps i already had reconstructed and up my protein. my fat and carbs are alright considering my slow metabolism... i've never cut down before as i've never planned on going on stage or anything— just lifting at a powermeet, but i suppose i'll give it a shot too, since my bf% is still ~20%...

thanks bro! i might not cycle for a while though considering my investment in this surgery though, but i'll give MGF/IGF another run when i i'm up and lifting again.

i'm so pissed...

so i took of the bandage today and the swelling has gone down... my chest's bruising has gone down... so has the swelling, then.

BAM. as i lift my arm above my head i see there's still a ball glandular tissue behind my nips.

not as big, but it's there.

i should've expected this considering the doc said that the glands were small enough to be removed with the lipo.

i haven't been this pissed since i was 2 weeks into my pct... (clomid made me moody).

i REALLY hope i can get this crap cut out for free. otherwise i think i'm going to snap the doc's neck tomorrow when he removes the stitches.

i'm SO angry it's unreal... it's been an hour and i'm still just as upset as when i found out.

Post images if you can.....

I am contemplating the procedure. I have a young but competent reconstructive surgeon friend who owes me a favor.....

woops sorry, should've posted here forgot about the bump system ^^

i'd post some pics but i have no camera at my disposal and i'd rather not remove the bandages anymore (still somewhat painful and need to get someone to pull them off)...

i just can't believe the bastard butchered me and didn't even remove the whole thing...

well i'm going back later today to get the stitches from the lipo removed, might as well tell him he fucked up. and as yeah, i'd say you should, it's not a very long process and it's not very painful unless lipo is included (which it usually is). if you can get it done for free or at least get a good discount i'd get it done asap!

just make sure your friend has experience with the procedure.

Fucking shit-cunt doctor.

I probably could of cut out the fucking gland with a razor blade and a soldering iron if I shot you up with a high dose of valium, heroin, and ketamine; Then stitch you up and toss you into an alley and you would be good to go.

I have read up on the procedure. It's not fucking rocket science. Removing a fucking cyst is more complicated.
