Women do you like guys with clean, nice nails & hands? I use to be a nail biter but started getting manicures and it really motivated me to not bite anymore. Call it silly, call it metrosexual, but it worked! Now my nasty, bloody, ugly nails are healing and my hands looks a million times better. I no longer hide my hands in my pockets around women and it feels really good. I'm single, but I can't wait for my next love to hold hands.

I like the two extremes - either really long fingers/sort of feminine hands or super masculine ones. Of course if they're clean and well-kept it's always a plus no matter the gender I would think..but then again I've got a horrible habit of chewing on the skin around my nails so I really can't say anything about that ![:\](https://bluelight.org/xf/BL_Images/Orig_Emoji/wrygrin.gif "wry grin :\")
Pagey that is exactly what I would do, I wouldn't even bite my nails. I would just chew on my hang-nails and bite at any dried pieces of skin that stuck out. It often led to my hands bleeding, hurting, and causing scar tissue all around my nails. I did this FOR YEARS.

I have masculine hands. palm area is tough due to weight lifting but the backs are soft as silk. I do bite my nails but I file them regularly to keep them rounded. girls have always liked my hands, they like to rub them when I'm holding her/relaxing. my strong hands work nicely for massaged. I had a gf who hated soft feminine hands on a guy and admired my callouses saying it shows I am "manly" and do physical work.
Sounds like you lucked out with some good genetics. And of course, worked for it too with the weight lifting. If I only bit my nails and could file them down it may not have become a problem but for me I was such a biter/picker that it became a huge gross problem, a source of much shame.

My ex told me long ago that one of the reasons she was attracted to me was my hands. She said she couldn't ever let someone with creepy hands touch her. I have never really looked at hands in general but I think I "get it". Ladies?

What?! Mechanics are hot. I like a guy who does manual labor. One who's not afraid of sweat/dirt. I hope I end up with a mechanic actually. I wanna restore a truck together. But that's the unrealistic girly part of me lol.
