Gummy bears?

So I watched this and couldn't help thinking if it would it be possible at 2:31 in the video to add
a solution of ??? and use said gummy as a Sublingual/Buccal ROA?
Any thoughts?

I was actually watching it as per planning a fun activity, yet seeing how simple it really is, I could see no reason adding for example a pre-measured amount of solution say 300ug/.03ml would not work as a suitable Sublingual/Buccal ROA.
Any thoughts?

It may take a super long time to dissolve but I really don't know. Try it out. If not you've got a great way to dose little children.
