Hint - she played the central character in a TV show which developed a cult following after running for just one season during the mid 90s.
 
Too easy, but only cuz I've seen it before.

It's an old favourite of mine too, and often revisit the series just to reminisce and long for those times again. :)
 
Is it Marky Mark? Is it the Funky Bunch? Poor Funky Bunch. He could have at least gave them a job in The Happening. God knows it couldn't have made that movie any worse. Oh yeah. Rambling. I don't have a clue who that torso is.
