Guafenisin w/codeine syrup (robo AC, available w/o a script in 4 oz bottles in my state) is ok if you don't have much of a tolerance to opiates. Only thing is, it tastes really evil, and all the sorbital will give you gas and the shits. If you can put up with that, it's ok...if not, get some real sched. II/III opiates.
 
certain states allow C-V (low dose codeine/guaifenesin) syrups to be sold over the counter (Robitussin AC / Robitussin DAC and the generics for these) in small 4oz bottles. It is kept behind the counter and as far as i know you are usually required to show ID and sign a ledger/form... I only find this stuff slightly recreational as the large ratio of guaifenesin to codeine will have you literally shitting your guts out and passing gas uncontrollably, even when you take a low dose... I guess if you take a few antidiarrheal/antigas pills this might solve this problem, never tried it personally though... It will however definitely give you a nice little itchy warm codeine buzz if your tolerance isnt sky high, and it sure does comes in handy for dopesickness... seems its not available OTC anywhere in the tri-state area here in the south. oh well...

I'm in KS. It is 10/100 cod/guaf per 5 ml.
Also, I believe that the reason for the gas and liqui-shits is the sorbital, not the guaf, as I have taken quite a bit of guaf in pill form and never had a problem with it.
 
Codeine Syrup is hardly an opening to the beauty of opiates! A couple months ago my boyfriend and I stumbled across my sister's perscription cough medicine...it was like vicodin and DXM! Fucking awesome, we drank the entire bottle that day and were more doped up off of that then we are when we each do 2 bags of heroin! Come to think of it, we were doped up for more then just that 24 hours...mmmmm, wish I had some now!
 
we dont get shitty heroin (we live near philly), it was just the fact that te tussionex had 10 mg of hydrocodone polisterex (12 hr time release)per TEASPOON. Needless to say taking swigs of that chunky stuff all day had me scratching myself raw. At the end of the bottle we each did a bag of dope and i have to say it was like taking one last swig except it didnt last nearly as long. peace
 
Slight difference between the codeine cough syrup sold OTC (only in Canada? Is it sold ANYWHERE OTC in the US?) and hydrocodone syrup.... in all honesty, one tablespoon of the hydro stuff has about an equal amount asa full bottleof that codeine OTC shit (ofcourse thats not technically accurate)
