Are their options to change controls and turn off your phone?

I'm going to buy this now.. fuck my exams.
Well, at the moment I'm just constantly browsing now my internet is back.. But I will be able to limit myself to an hour or two of gaming because I won't feel like I'm learning as I do when I waste a day on wikipedia
