Growing these shrooms for my alcohol addiction...

for now i have four little jars with a tiny layer of mycelium on top, the vendor told me to use the "grow bags" and i'm clueless to what he means as it didn't seem included :/ Am I doing this right?
i want to treat my anxiety and boredom/alcohol addiction with only minor dosages.
