i injected into my groin it was going like normal but it started 2 hurt i pulled back it still filled wiv blood so i carried on but it hurt but kept filling wiv blood and it seemed ok wen i woke up i cud hardly walk where the site is that i did the hit is hot and is very swollen but i live in a different country now not england where the healthcares free i have to pay here and i have no insurance so just wanted to know if i should go or will it go i went and got some anti biotics and anti inflamitries strong ones yesterday and its not as bad pain and heat wise
 
It sounds to me like when you have pulled back you've went into the artery. When you are in a vein you should never feel pain while injecting. Also the way you describe the way the blood 'filled' the syringe sound like an artery, with veins the blood slowly 'seeps' into the syringe. Let us know how you get on, I would advise seeking medical help if the swelling doesn't go down within the next couple of days. Applying a warm compress should help to sooth the area.

Yes actually; incredibly serious. Serious enough to warrant taking any ride you can get, to a hospital.
This is an injury that should be closely monitored by medical professionals.
OP-instead of waiting around for more answers or further discussion, you need to get yourself to the closest ER or Urgent Care. They will help you; our speculations and conversation won't.

The girl* above me sounds like he knows what he is talking about. I remember when looking up IV it was STRONGLY urged to not hit an artery and make sure you hit a vein. What is worse losing your groin or losing some future cash? Not trying to make it sound more serious than it is, but trying to put things into perspective. You know the saying it is better to be safe rather than sorry.

Who gives a fuck what the price of health care is? The real question is what value you put on keeping that leg AND/OR your life?
