Grey Area RCs and the Law

Anyone have any personal stories of encounters with the law dealing with grey area RC chems? I'm just wondering if they usually stick you with major charges or if you get off easier since they are technically legal. (mods if this is the wrong forum please move to proper one)

Had one encounter with police involving etaqualone being shipped to me, this was back in 09. Anyway, I received a 5g shipment just fine but for the wait I was sent 5g more. Except it was in a heatsealed bag that leaked powder in the post office. I got asked to come in for questioning and they initially told me that it was Methaqualone not etaqualone that I had received. I lied to the DEA investigator and local state cop saying I entered my address (STUPID) in a pop up for free legal high (Extra stupid) and thats what came in the mail. They had no charge on me and I told them I had to go to class and I was allowed to leave. They kept trying to get me to show them emails of the transaction which I told them no. They only visited me a second time, trying to get on my computer again and I just told them I didn't want to say anything more without a lawyer. They then left me alone and took my second shipment of etaqualone Although etaqualone is an analog of a Schedule I chem here in the US, I never admitted to wanting to ingest it and they probably figured 5g of powder isn't really worth a lengthy investigation.

Got a homeboy in jail on 5 manufacturing charges from selling methylone as MDMA.

Ordered 26 kilos of methylone this summer, only had one package not make it. They opened it. 2ci & 2ce sample were also in the package, Kentucky ups customs just sent me a letter.

I'm facing conspiracy charges right now, They have satellite images of me at post offices receiving "unknown packages"

Could be going in for 15 years because of fuckin conspiracy. Federal time so I can't complain to much.

They think I've been turning the methylone into MDMA. Guess I'll enjoy my freedom while I'm out on bail
