Hello to all bluelighters!:) I've been reading these forums on and off since '02 or something so i'm not so new in that sense. I had an account here before but i've lost the password long time ago. (didn't really use it anyways). Whenever i have needed some info on any substances i think bluelight has been the most useful resource. Anyway, i'm just a regular drug addict from Finland used to read psychedelics forum mostly before now i'm spending more time in other drugs.

Finland wow.....aren't you guys one of the happiest countries in the world? I live in the US...the suicide capital of the world! Welcome to Bluelight :) What are your interests...and most importantly what is your DOC?

Haha, i don't think we are really one of the happiest, I thought Finland was the suicide capital of the world:D. Sure the standard of living is pretty good and all, but that doesn't necessarily make everyone happy. There's lots of depression and mental health problems and such. It's an okay country to live in regards of material well being (public health care, studying in universities is really cheap compared to US, and so on).

Because of the peripheral location of Finland the drug laws are pretty strict here compared to central Europe. For example the decriminalisation of weed is not in sight for long time. And the public opinion considering drugs is pretty negative and misinformed, but it's changing slowly. On the bright side the penalties for example growing small amounts of weed are not bad, you'll usually get away with a small fine and confiscated growing equpment. It depends on the cop you are dealing with, many of them are also tired of wasting time busting home growers. Earlier this year they busted two of the biggest finnish head shops and the owners might be facing time if I remember right. It's pretty fucked because they didn't really break any law if i'm correct, the cops interpret the law how they want. And banning all things seems to be some kind of fashion in finland, can't order kratom anymore:X let alone some RC's. Finland is also attempting to get rid of smoking all together by 2015 or something. Sure smoking is really harmful for your body but what about personal freedoms.

On the topic of my interests...well I watch quite alot of all kinds of movies and just chill out really:\. Might start wall climbing some time, tried it once and it was pretty fun.

My DOC would be some opiate maybe oxy or fentanyl. I have used fuckload of patches buccally (the durogesic matrix ones) without any problems of OD'ing even though everyone seems to be against it. (Don't try this at home though:)) I had couple bottles of liquid oxy some time ago and boy was it great. the come up was (obviously)much quicker than with pills, would love to have it again. Pod tea gives also an exellent high but with too bad side effects. Haven't had chance to try H, it's not easy to get it here, especially good quality, everybody seems to use subs, which i think is a worthless drug.In regards of psychedelics i would choose shrooms. I generally like tryptamines over phenetylamines, but would love to have some 2-CE again.

Wow,fuck, should write a novel...sorry about the long post, i just couldn't stop writing:)

Cool, I actually don't even remeber if i've ever drank it even though i'm from it's home country. I usually choose whiskey if i'm going for hard liquor. You should come here and try some "kossu"/koskenkorva. It's the "national drink" of Finland.

Which part of US are you from and what would be your DOC? The fent isn't actually so easy to come by here, so it's not like i'm doing it all the time. I smoke more weed but the high isn't as clear as with opiates/opioids so i prefer them.

I am from Houston, the 4th largest city......also the same state as George Bush I and II. My DOC used to be opiates, but I'm clean from them going on almost 3 months. Now my DOC is
4-mmc/bk-mdma/alcohol.

Gongratulations to you for getting clean theotherside26. 4-mmc...don't remember reading anything about that one but sounds interesting... And tweakyb, man i'm so jealous for you living in california, no cold winters there i assume? Are you planning to visit the voting booths when it's time to vote prop 19?:)

The winters can get cold, but nothing like back home in Finland. Im not registered to vote, so no I am not.

Finland has the hottest chicks. The nights are long so you have to make sure you get one or three to keep you warm and depression free ;)

Finland has the hottest chicks.

Very true. Spent 2 months of the summer in Finland and the women are incredible haha. Best part about it was the 23 hour overnight cruise where half the ship was drunk and there were a lot of hook ups on the boat. Managed to get lucky myself and the best part about it, is that you will never see them again

I've been meaning to go up there. Problem is I travel a lot. I'm American and live in Europe. I need to go back to the US soon to visit and I owe the little lady a trip someplace tropical. We also need to see Italy since it is so close. But I need to get up towards Dam soon so maybe a trip up there and to Finland can be possible. What are the parties like in winter lol?

I know what the parties are like in summer. DRINK DRINK AND MORE DRINK haha

Yep, that applies to winters also, you won't be thirsty that's for sure. If you Ski-bum are going to visit Finland in winter you should definitely come here at christmas time or after because right now the weather is just the worst; dark, cold and there won't be probably much snow (in southern part at least) before christmas or new year. I would also recommend visiting north if you like skiing as your username suggests:). there's more hills up there (and drunken nordic chicks at after-ski parties also).%) Tervetuloa, perkele!
