My name is Will.
I've been an opiate addict among many other hard drugs and rc's since 2006 when I turned 18.
I grew up a nerd and went to college then became an addict and got a street education.
For a while I was a very manipulative and evil person but I have since changed.
I'm willing to share any advice or answer any questions. To help anyone in need.
My goal is to help people and keep them from making my same mistakes.

I recently had a full blood work up and came out 100% clean and of perfect health.
I shared needles had unprotected sex with many woman and yet have no children or diseases.
I believe I am very lucky and when I got my results I swore not to waste my body.

I'm just now starting to get some energy back from being bed ridden for 2 months kicking benzos.
I am tempted to learn about steroids to get my body back. I have the perfect body (6'0" 180lbs 27 years 11 months age so 28 in june) for steroid usage.
I lack the knowledge on how to do it so my hidden agenda is to learn about that but mainly I'm here to help.

Hi and welcome to Bluelight :)

If you want to try steroids one advice I can give is to learn how your body reacts to diet and exercise first (get atleast some months of serious exercise under your belt, 1 year would be ideal, consider that the first year/year and a half the gains will be fairly good even without steroids) and of course learn all you can about steroids and how to use them (like with drugs, keep in mind that improperly using steroids can fuck you up pretty badly, on the other hand they are fairly safe if used intelligently).
And last but not least before starting your first cycle your diet and routine have to be on point.

good luck!

I've been built before without the use of steroids but the hardest part for me is maintaining a healthy and consistent diet. Can you recommend a good webpage for that type of reading. I'd actually prefer to do it naturally again I don't even know where I'd get roids but I'm not against the idea. I do agree that my body needs time to adjust to a lack of substances. Working out helps a lot with the depression but I'll keep it light. Really though I need to make a diet plan and that's always been my biggest challenge and one of the few topics I'm completely lost with. Thanks for the reply

Hey, no problem.
First of all make sure to visit the Healthy Living and Performance Enhancing Drugs sections of the forum as I'm sure they will be useful for you, here are a few links about nutrition:
