I've been reading helpful advice from you all for quite awhile and finally decided to join in the discussion.
I have a lot to learn, but I hope I can offer some help to someone at some point as well.
I have been dealing with chronic back pain for a number of years and hope to continue getting help from the people who have been there and understand what it's like. And I also enjoy the occasional recreational dabblings too!! :D
