Hello,

I am a new member since just now, because I wanted to reply to a post I was reading. I'm reading topics from bluelight for a long time already.

I am a middle-aged man from Amsterdam, the capitol of the Netherlands (Holland). We are as you probably know world famous for our drugs-policy: all drugs are actually legal to possess and use, and most drugs you can just buy in Smartshops legally, in Coffeeshops and we can also get our drugs legally tested in professional laboratories so we know exactly how pure our drugs are and what is in them - this makes that we have very pure drugs, probably the most pure in the world (also according to scientific studies).

I think our system is really in function of harm reduction, so I'm very happy with our system and policy regarding drugs.

If I should violate any rules in being too specific about something, please don't be too hard on me, since I grew up in the only country in the world, and especially and definitely the city of Amsterdam where I live, where drugs are legal, I have a much more open attitude towards drugs, possession and use - but I'll do my best to not violate any rules!

Indeed, welcome aboard Mananas.

I have been in Amsterdam in the Autumn of 2014, what a lovely city. I believe I walked during all day long throughout the city and its nice and cozy streets. I hope that other governments in the world will follow the good example of what the legalization of drugs can do to a county and their citizens. So much dignity and respect.

I think respect and kindness towards each other online is very important - often people don't seem to realize that they are typing something to a real human being with feelings, and so on...
