Hello:

I am a Vietnam Era veteran medically retired after 7 years active duty. I worked trauma, burn units, all ICUs' and modes of life support systems. Also a trained combat medic with expert badge. Currently retired and enjoying ocean fishing, reading and antique purchase and resale.

im impressed, could use advise on relieving back pain in lower back and my rotary cuff is out of whack, dont want surgery, am 55 and female, and work with public at a gas/convienent store, lot of work. and people make me angry, any points on how to relieve anger tension
