Greenlighters guide FAQ link error

In the greenlighters guide section How to make comments, suggestions and complaints the link to the user agreement goes to http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/faq.php?faq=about#faq_agreement which gives the following error

Invalid FAQ Item specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator

it appears it should link to http://wiki.bluelight.ru/index.php/Bluelight_User_Agreement_(BLUA)

Thank you very much for pointing that out! I'll fix it right now. It would appear that I cant edit that section so one of our admins will have to do it. I'll get someone on it Thanks again.
