Green Michigan Cutouts

shape of michigan with "MI" stamp, took half and was rollin for a lil while. legit cutouts? anybody seen or had these?

More than likely piperazine in them, as with most cutouts in this country. Tfmpp and Bzp, maybe some caffeine as well. I wouldn't doubt it's the exact same chemist making all the other state cutouts like Texas, New York, and Illinois. The New Yorks tested on ecstasydata.org to have Tfmpp and Caffeine. I wouldn't waste my time or money on these.
