Green Codeine vs Other Colors and The Manufacturers

I have chronic bronchitis and my doctor always prescribes me 3 refills of my medicine. I did some research and I think the name of the company that makes the Green codeine with prometh is called Sun Pharmaceuticals. Ever heard of them anyone? I asked the pharmacist what was up with my prescription and I asked if it still had the same mgs of codeine and prometh as other manufacturers and she looked some stuff up and said yes. So I figured someone here could clear this up for me. I usually get Actavis - the purple kind - but this stuff is green. Is this just a new pharmaceutical company? Will I still get the same results as I do from the Actavis?

Just coloring they added to it?

The green coloring will not affect the codeine in any way. We don't do generic vs. generic and/or generic vs. name brand discussion here because there is no difference. I'm going to close this thread, PM me if you have any questions.
