Well written and performed.. the story of L. Ron, his son and the torment he put him through, and the origins of the church of scientology.

do you ever watch doctors on BBc 1 in the day time? they had something like a scientology thing on today. I'm not rich enough for scientology or kabbala, nor is my life empty enough for these cults.

Good old Elron.

Scientology a monument to human gullibility and perseverance of stupidity. You can do anything you put your mind to. Slander, libel, kill, cheat, break, pillage, rape, and intimidate in the Name Of Our Lord.

Old habits die hard.

Impressive performance. You can see he has learned something from the religion he bashes, though (I'm pretty sure it did have some useful things to learn to draw in so many intelligent people).

Anyway, great speech, reminds me of the way a very accomplished actor talks. Also good at hypnotizing and connecting with his audience and displays some "animal magnetism" or "fascination".

By the way, to create that you need to 1. Be fully present in the moment. 2. Be fully present in your feelings. 3. Have very strong feelings. 4. Be intensely focused on your audience. 5. Connect strongly with your audience.

This is something that happens naturally only rarely, like when you meet someone you become infatuated with and have a great connection, so it kind of puts you in a trance and makes you very impressionable and open to their suggestions.

It can be used for both good and bad. Some of the best singers/performers had it. Elvis, Jim Morrison, Thom Yorke.
