Opioids Grapefruit + tums + hydrocodone?

SWIM knows the search button will yield results but its broke atm.

SWIM really wants to try 60mg one day just to see how it effects SWIM. SWIM started at 20 then 30 then 40 and thats where im at heh. 40mg has SWIM feeling AMAZING usually.. wonder what 60 would do?

SWIM just injested 4 10/325's and ate a grapefruit. If SWIM eats a few tums will it help potentiate?
 
Tums isn't the one that potentiates opiates (it might speed absorption, but I thought that was for amphetamines, not opiates).

The thing you want for potentiation is Cimetadine/Tagamet.

And, if 40mg makes you feel amazing, why push the dose higher? Taking 50% more than makes you feel "AMAZING" would have a good chance of making you feel nauseous, and of course would be, well, about 50% worse in terms of raising tolerance than your normal dose...

Well let me give a bit of info.

im 280 pounds 6ft tall.. i lift weights... im a big dude. But 40mg has me feeling pretty good... so i can only imagine using common sense that 60mg would probably be a more euphoric feeling.
 
We don't use SWIM here. Please edit your posts to remove it. Also the search engine is working just fine. Use the Bluelight Google search if you are having trouble with the one below it.

Taking tums won't increase the euphoria. What will 60mg do? The same thing that 20mg once did for you and what 40mg once did for you. Also, keep in mind that if you take 60mg then you are just going to continue increasing your tolerance. Your best bet is to limit your use so that you can still get high from those lower doses. If you chase the high then you are going to end up dependent on a high dose of hydrocodone or whatever other opioid you might come across.

If you increase your dose then you should be doing a cold water extraction. Once you get to around 3000mg of acetaminophen you should really do a CWE, and if you are at a slightly lower dose but take it regularly then again, do a CWE. You can search for directions on how to perform one pretty easily on here.
