Grabbed me.

I couldn't move because the force,
the grab I couldn't handle then

The fear is still there, all the times
You grabbed me, and hit,
And slapped, and pushed me
Into walls, and edges, the ground reaching up
To grab me too.

I was yours, to grab, to take,
To treat like your plaything,
Even though I had escaped before.
The pull, couldn't breathe, so scared,
I was squeezed between your gaze and
Your smile, your taunt, your look,
When you knew you had grabbed me again.
But I'm stronger, I know better,
I know you and your push and your hit and your slap
And I grab grab grab until you can't breathe either,
Trapped in me, trapped and I'm in control as last
And you finally see me.
And I finally let go.
