got perscribed ritalin er

Metadate er to be exact. Is ritalin normally good for add? I know if abused its similar to cocaine, but not worth the come down. Been there done that. But I'm gonna use this correctly since school is coming up. Doc said take one 20mg a day. I know they usually try other stuff before going straight to amps. Today I took it and felt like a zombie, kinda even made me tired. I used to sniff these n get stimulated. After this I'm trying staterra. A non stim. Which I don't think it'll work. And after that hell prolly try amps. Outside of recreational uses is methylin work less well compared to other drugs when used for the right reasons? I also felt a lil paranoid/not wanting to socialize on this ritalin. If I try amps will that side effect be even worse?

We can't tell you how you will react to a drug. Everyone reacts differently.

For some, ritalin works really well. For others, not so well. Try it out properly as your doctor wants you to before saying it doesn't work.
