Got my order of l-theanine

Does anybody else here have a profound effect with this supplement? I took three caps 600mg's all together and It is a nice mellow relaxing feeling. Unlike benzo's that feel dirty and hit like a rock.....This is more of a wave of well being and my depression has surely lifted.....So anybody else here would share there ecperiences?

I'd never heard of this; just wiki'd it and apparently its an extract from green tea, so the sense of well being kind of sounds like the effects you'd get from drinking a lot of tea. I very much doubt you could OD on it, but you should really check with sekio for detailed info if he doesn't post here.

Is it an intense feeling of well-being, or more a subtle natural one? I'm surprised your not jittery, considering the caffeine.

It is a more subtle one. I wasn't looking for a high or anything. I was really hoping it would lift my depression.....All my caps have is l-theanine and thats it. I would recommend this to anybody who has depression and or anxiety to give it a try.

Yeah, that must be the caffeine. I might try these though; I've been some of these supplements quite a bit now.

Does it potentiate the effect of opiods, (fentanyl transdermal), if anybody knows?
