Opioids got my hands on some oxymorphone, never done it, whats it like/whats a safe dosage?

I've done OC, but my guy tells me its "different". He even told me I should be careful when using it, so I just wanted to ask before getting any..

Well, OC is oxycodone and oxymorphone and oxycodone are not the same thing....oxymorphone is much more potent and sedating than oxycodone is.

What's your usual oxycodone dose? I've heard opana is anywhere from 2-3x stronger than oxycodone. I would equate 10 mgs of opana to about 30 of oxycodone. YMMV and be careful oxymorph is a lovely opiate when used safely. Like the above poster said oxymorphone is very sedating. I would start low and work your way up.

Did you get the Opana IR's ? If so , bang em. Only way to go. Make sure to micron filter.
