Got my hands on INJECTABLE METHADONE!

Hi! I will recieve one 100ml bottle of 10mg/ml Methadone soon and I'm wondering what a beginners dose is IV and what to expect. My girlfriend says there is an rush of an (astonishing) 30 minutes! While others have reported no rush, similar to IV benzos or buprenorphine.

imho it's a needless risk.
what do you mean by beginner? if you mean you have no tolerance refrain from doing this.
even if you have tolerance I've read that methadone has no rush IVed and the BA is high orally anyway.

I am not a frequent user. But I have high thresholds with opioids.

The syrup methadone is injectable, you just need a larger needle, seen it done with a needle attached to a tube, I think it was the same thing they use in hospital for the drip but with a plunger/syringe on the end.
It was pretty nasty to watch, collapsed veins+large needles+methadone is for dumbasses.

I am referring to a sterile 10ml ampoule, 10mg/ml.

I recommend 20mgs for IV use which should equal around the same as 30-40 mgs ingested orally depending on how well your body absorbs methadone in the stomach. And lucky not many come across the stuff you have but be safe and have fun. Anymore questions come back and ask.

From my perspective, it depends on how tolerant you are. If you are using Methadone everyday, say 40 mg, the injection will only make a difference if you take more than 20 mg. It did not work for me. There are doctors who say that 20 mg of oral methadone is equivalent to 10 mg of muscle morphine injection.
You don´t need to inject. Just calculate how much you´re taking orally and do the math..
