So i went shrooming last night in East Texas, got what i was looking for just want to be sure i go the correct ones before i eat them. They have skinny stems and brown nipples that fade down to lighter brown with i rounded cap and dark underbelly, another question how should i dry them.

That description could fit hundreds of mushroom species, how can you possibly expect anyone here to know if they're good or not? No ID questions are allowed for this reason, sorry.
