Well my fellow BDD posters and all BL'ers alike You may have noticed i've been posting about going into rehab today. It should start in a few hours and I'll be gone from 10-40 days. Hopefully the shorter end of the scale... But having to get down from 80mg valium daily to 20 and up to 32mg of bupe i think it's gonna be pretty rough.

Being rehab I have to go to every therapy class they have even ART fucking therapy. Not to crash hot about this. But If I don't I get kicked out and that wouldn't be to my advantage.

I mean I'm currently prescribed 80mg valium a day but more binging on 100's of mg's of the stuff every few days and it does nothing for me anymore...

So I just wanted to make this thread as a little goodbye, but I will be back! To that I promise. Unless I abscond from the ward shoot up and OD in the street... but that isn't likely...

Aight fellow BDD and BL's this is your resident Aussie saying goodbye.

Seriously, best of luck man, I hope it goes as well as such things can do <3 how long til you're back?

edit: missed that, 10-40 days. Am sure you're hoping for 10 but best do it properly than rush it.. hopefully this is the last time! Shall catch you on the other side, best wishes! xx
 
I used to frequent the CD and AusDD only but have recently shifted to BDD as my main place man.

I know I'm new to BL but I still want to say **Good Luck!!**.....I have been to rehab/psych units many times myself so I feel for ya! I guess you never know which time will be "The One". Take care....I <3 reading your posts on here so make sure to let us know when you are out!!
