I have been tripping a lot lately, and very frequently. 2c's, L, tryptamines, and K. I am starting to have a bit of a problem with recall and am feeling a little fuzzy around the edges. (words that SHOULD be easy for me to remember are becoming hard to remember...i find myself snapping my fingers a lot saying, dammit, i should know this)

SO....choline? piracetam? what vitamins and supplements will help with this? I have started taking anti-oxidants as well. This isnt necessarily a dangerous situation but it IS annoying.

any help appreciated.

thanks!

stop doing so much, so often first of all.

thanks!

The last thing you need right now is to add more chemicals into your system. Just take a break and cool out for a bit. Work on meditating, integrating, and LEARNING. Get exercise, eat nutritionally-dense plants and improve your cognition through mental/social/spiritual practice. If you do this, you'll be sharp as a tack before you know it.

Piracetam is for patients with dementia, man. Its not a supplement; its a consistently and powerfully effective psychopharmacological agent. It can permanently alter the permeability of the blood-brain barrier, as well as induce myoclonic seizures upon cessation in some people, so if you don't need it then don't use it. IMO its definitely not the miracle "supplement" its touted as on so many internet forums, although it certainly is an effective drug for improving cognition in patients with degenerative brain disease.

Good vibes and good luck. <3 :)

What's wrong with adding more chemicals? It may be better to stay clean for a week or two, but why not use nootropics later? They can help A LOT if used properly, so IMO it's a good idea to see a doctor. Just don't tell about drug usage, rather, tell about symptoms of your problem.

And piracetam definetely works for me.

Thanks guys....appreciate the advice... Obviously i need to
take a break. It helps hearing it from others.....i have been
pushing it a bit hard last four months or so.

Reduced input (of stimuli), so just calming down and letting it settle in time. That's best.

But piracetam and phosphatidyl serine are compounds that somehow feel like they straighten me out a bit.

YMMV.

Feeling the same way! I will sometimes space on simple vocabulary now, after 3 months of trying all sorts of things like acid, dmt, shrooms, dxm, methlyone and K. I am going to try a long break and see how I feel, plus I've been slamming Naked juices and eating tons of fruit along with some vitamins.

If you don't like the idea of piracetam, try to find some ginko bilboa. Its a natural supplement that helps with memory and cognition. Plus it comes from a tree that was around with the dinosaurs! Pretty cool!

I agree with the people telling you to stop. That is what the "i should know this" feeling means :)
